Newcastle under Lyme Golf Club
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate part time Chef to join our team at a busy well established Golf Club in the Newcastle under Lyme area.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen where quality and consistency are key. Our club prides itself on delivering high standards of food and service to members and visiting guests.
Key requirements:
✅Proven experience as a chef in a busy kitchen environment
✅Food hygiene Certificate
✅Allergen awareness and certificate
✅Ability to work as part of a team, efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
✅Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
✅EHO knowledge and understanding - capability to fill in all required paperwork
✅Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
✅A team player with a positive and professional attitude
