⭐️ SEPTEMBER VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH⭐️
A little later than usual, but we are absolutely delighted to announce that, following a fantastic number of nominations, Aaron Prince has been named our Volunteer of the Month for September 2026! 👏🏆
Where do we even start with everything Aaron does for the club? 🤔
It might actually be easier to list what he doesn't do! 😂
⚽️ Under 8s Boys– Stepping up to manage one of our Under 8s teams when they were short of a coach, ensuring the boys could continue enjoying their football.
🛡️ Castle Knights– Leading our weekly PAN Disability football sessions, even taking on additional training to develop his knowledge and skills to give participants the best possible experience.
🧠 Mental Football Fitness– Helping deliver our weekly mental health football sessions for men aged 16+, providing a welcoming environment to enjoy football, switch off and let off some steam.
☀️ Holiday Club– Delivering sessions throughout the school holidays and half terms, whatever the weather throws at him! 🌧️☀️
🏟️ Always Willing to Help– Regularly stepping in to cover sessions across the club, including Girls Wildcats, Soccer School, Starter Sessions and plenty more!
👧 Under 9s Girls– And if all that wasn't enough, this weekend Aaron is stepping up once again to ensure our Under 9s Girls get to play their first-ever match as a team! Not wanting the girls to miss out, he's volunteered his time to help get their football journey underway. 💙
💙 Aaron is the definition of what grassroots football is all about.
Someone who consistently goes above and beyond, gives up countless hours of his own time and never hesitates to step in wherever he's needed.
From our youngest players to our adult sessions, Aaron's dedication is helping make football accessible, enjoyable and welcoming for so many people across our community.
Volunteers like Aaron are the heartbeat of our club, and we simply couldn't do what we do without people like him.
👏 A massive congratulations, Aaron! A thoroughly deserved award and a huge thank you from everyone at the club for everything you do.
💙⚽️ One Club. One Community. ⚽️💙
