I’m going to be honest with you here. I haven’t been into health and fitness all my life; I was one of the girls at school who always hated PE (apart from swimming, which was the one sport I was good at!) In most PE lessons I had an excuse for the teacher to try and get out of it! The one thing I loved though was my dance, which took me to University to study my Dance Degree. It was here that I le

arnt the importance of being active and staying fit, you certainly needed stamina for hours of dance rehearsals! Shortly after graduating from uni I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, which finally gave me an answer to my constant tiredness and stomach problems. But unfortunately there is no cure; all I can do is follow a gluten free diet. So it’s from this moment that I began to realise the value of eating a healthy balanced diet. To cut a long story short, I decided to step away from the dance world and become a fitness instructor. My ambition grew, I passed more qualifications (Personal Trainer, Advanced Fitness Instructor, Advanced Boxing Instructor to name just a few) and gained years of experience. Consequently my drive and passion in this industry is stronger than ever! Due to medical reasons I now have to follow not only a gluten and wheat free diet, but also a milk free diet! Yes this can be a pain, but being qualified in nutrition and weight management makes it easier to handle! As a result, I can honestly say from firsthand experience that exercise combined with a healthy diet can lead to an improved quality of life! However, I understand that at times some people need more motivational support than others when implementing these simple changes into their lifestyle, which is why I’m here to help, whether this is through Personal Training, classes or on-line support

I’m joining forces with my fabulous friend Ruby to bring you live virtual cooking classes. Learn to cook a range of healthy Indian food … you’ll be cooking it with us, in the comfort of your own home. All recipes and an ingredients list will be provided, we can even provide the spices if needed. We’ll also send you the link to join the virtual class in advance.

Our first taster cooking class will be towards the end of April, keep a look out for the date!

Straight away people think holidays, more free time, maybe earn more money or save more money. How about going deeper …

* Be more organised
* Be free of clutter
* Spend quality time at home, with this I mean be present in your space at home. Not just working or doing chores.
* Experience something different!

Take some time to think about it, maybe chat it over with family or loved ones.

Workouts such as HIIT, Legs Bums & Tums, Abs Blast, Body Blast, Stretch & Relax. You just simply head to the group, find the workout you want and follow me on the screen! Simple!
