Today, we switched things up and introduced the medicine ball into our workout routine! 🏋️‍♀️ Before this, we explored a variety of equipment like steps, core sliders, dumbbells, and resistance bands. Trying different equipment keeps our workouts fresh and fun while challenging our bodies in new ways. It’s all about discovering what you love and finding new ways to push your limits! 💪

🎉🎉I don’t write posts here very often,but this weekend is special 🥳

It's hard to believe that it's already been a whole year since I started teaching fitness classes 🎉🎉 the biggest THANK YOU goes to Bagrova and Yana Darlington for being with me from day 1! And Melnikova for joining us not long after we had started! Love you girls!🥰
And Thank you to all girls who have ever attended my Saturday class and keep joining us when they can ❤️

What an incredible journey it has been! From the first class filled with excitement and nerves to now, I’ve witnessed so much growth, both in myself and in all of you. Your dedication, energy, and enthusiasm have truly inspired me.

I continue to hold classes every Saturday, so if you want to become a part of our sweaty gang, you can join us 👌🏻
