Taleb writes "Antifragility is beyond resilience or robustness. The resilient resists shocks and stays the same; the antifragile gets better." Antifragile is the opposite of fragile. When faced with stress, disorder, and chaos, the antifragile adapt to thrive. Whatever challenge you are facing right now, ask yourself what it can teach you and how it can improve you and your life. This quality is an important one to develop in our fast-paced world of uncertainty, and one we explore through Shaolin Kung Fu. We run weekly classes across West Wales. Thank you all for a lovely afternoon of Midwinter Beach Training. We faced the cold sea air together with breath work, qi gong, form work and pair work interspersed with warming sips of Christmas chai. All topped off with the Shaolin courage to run into the icy sea!
