It’s a wrap! Sadly, Nightingale Fitness is no more! I will be deleting my page over the next few days. Thank you everyone for supporting my little business over the years. It was an amazing experience and I met the most incredible people. However, I am excited to be moving on and doing something completely different. All the best with your fitness goals! Sometimes it feels too summery for porridge! Easiest overnight oats…Weigh ingredients (if you need to), layer up in a glass and leave in the fridge 😋 I mix a bit of protein powder into the yogurt as a sweetener but you could do without or add honey…
