πββοΈ So good to be back running albeit very slow but gosh Iβve missed it so much! Injuries are rubbish and Iβve had a few over the last 9months π¦ π² π¬ nothing else quite sorts my headspace out like running in the fresh air with a good hit of vitamin d βοΈ πββοΈ π³ β¦ hoping this is forwards and onwards π€
