Our Crystal Bowl Sound Bath dates are in the diary for the rest of term. We have Evening and Lunch time options.

Sound Healing is the use of healing frequencies to essentially ‘tune’ us and shift us back into balance and harmony again. When the crystal singing bowls are played, the healing frequencies emitted from the bowls, locate the less harmonious frequencies within us and work to shift the disharmony back into gentle harmony again.

Sink into the mats with duvets, cushions and eye pillows, relax and let your body and mind sink into calm and repair.

Join us on Thursday 10 September for our Aroma Yoga class with Rachel Windsor Yoga 7pm - 9pm.

A relaxing evening with a mix of yin and restorative yoga alongside essential oils, chosen by Rachel to help your mind and body come into a relaxed and restored state.

During the session, Rachel shares her passion for essential oils—exploring how their therapeutic properties can enhance your yoga practice and support wellbeing in daily life.

Mats, cushions, duvets and eye pillow are all provided. You just need to wear warm layers and bring snuggly socks with you.

After 90 minutes we finish with a hot drink and cookies.

Join me for a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath this Sunday evening 7:30pm - 8:45pm, in Wash Common, Newbury.

Sound waves along with their frequency and vibration really help with our wellbeing, relaxation and sleep.

Settling onto a mat, with a cosy duvet, comfortable cushions and eye pillows, enjoy an hour of gentle calm just for you. During this time your body will fully relax, your breath will slow down and your mind will quieten.

Just one place left on our Heart & Soul Retreat Day on Saturday 5 September, 9:30am - 3:30pm.

Come and enjoy getting away from it all in a beautiful setting on the edge of Newbury, set in 3 acres of peaceful and calming ground and woodland.

The day features morning wake up yoga, mindfulness, a wellbeing workshop, time outside in nature, a delicious and nutritious 2 course lunch, a great yin and essential oils aroma yoga class and a finishing crystal bowl sound bath.

We'd love to see you, the day is limited to just 8 guests.

Join us on Sunday 18 October for our Autumn Pilates & Wellbeing Reset Workshop with Katy Katy Meakin and Emily.

Running from 11am - 4pm, we will enjoy 2 mat based Pilates Sessions with Katy with one in the woodland, working on mobility, flexibility and the breath to deeply lengthen and lengthen the muscles.

Emily will share more of the woodland with an autumnal Forest Bathing session, sharing the benefits of nature through guided invitations of meditation and mindfulness.

We will enjoy a delicious and nutritious seasonal lunch, all dietary requirements are taken care of. We will also enjoy warming drinks and cake during the day.

The workshop will finish with a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath to lock in the relaxation of a worked body and mind, so that you leave feeling fully rested and relaxed.

We will provide all the equipment you need during the day.

Treetops is a beautiful and peaceful place set within 3 acres of grounds and woodland, tucked in the corner of Newbury, just off the A34 (9 minutes from J13 of the M4 and 25 minutes from J9 of M3).

NEW Pop Up Workshop this Autumn 🍂

Autumn Pilates & Wellbeing Reset Workshop with Katy and Emily at Treetops, which also includes Forest Bathing and a Sound Bath.

Katy will take you through 2 different Pilates sessions, one in the studio and the other amongst the private woodland at Treetops.

These sessions are designed for all abilities, including beginners, focusing on movement to improve mobility and flexibility plus focusing on using our breath to deeply stretch and lengthen our muscles to support spinal alignment.

Emily will share more of the woodland with you during an autumnal Forest Bathing session, as you feel the healthy benefits of being outside through guided meditation and mindfulness.

You will enjoy and share a delicious and nutritious seasonal lunch, with plenty of refreshments throughout the day (all dietary requirements are taken care of).

Emily finishes the day with a closing crystal bowl sound bath, to lock in the relaxation of a worked body and mind, so that you leave feeling fully rested and relaxed.

The day runs from 11am - 4pm.

Treetops is set within 3 acres of grounds and woodland, in a lovely peaceful location, which really helps you create that 'getting away from it all' feeling.

We will provide all of the equipment that you will need for the day, but you are very welcome to bring additional mats, blankets and anything that will make your day more comfortable.

Spaces available for our relaxing Restorative Yoga next Tuesday 25 August from 7pm - 9pm with Rachel Windsor Yoga

Using bolsters, cushions, blankets, blocks, eye pillows, Restorative Yoga is all about relaxing fully into a held and supported pose for several minutes.

This helps your body into a healing rest mode, which helps both your body and mind calm. It quietens the mind and softens your deep tissues without having to actively stretch and potentially strain anywhere.

It helps our bodies as we age, it helps those going through menopause with stiff joints, it helps those with sporting injuries, it helps those with an active yoga practice to balance their practice. It has so many benefits.

Come and give it a go.

Enjoy two hours of calm with a beautiful soundtrack ❤️ and support from Rachel.

We had a great Retreat Day today, starting with a lovely breezy yoga session on the lawn.

During the day we enjoyed delicious food and drinks, we made some Energy Balls to take home, we relaxed with Rachel Windsor Yoga in a very chilled Yin and Aroma Yoga session and I gently closed the day with a crystal bowl and chimes Sound Bath.
