Fancy coming to try Pilates? Starting from Saturday 1st June I will be introducing a new time to my Pilates schedule.

There will be two classes 9:15am and 10:30am both will be taking place at the wonderful on Saturday mornings.

You can either pay for the month upfront or for a drop in session. Message me for my information on this.

** Client Spotlight **

What can I say about she is incredible! She deserves a huge shout out for her determination and pushing herself into new challenges. Bethan will take on solo Hyrox in May with the aim to beat her previous time.

Iโ€™m always adapting her training to suit what events and goals she has going on, whether thatโ€™s running 10k races, completing cross fit events or training for just being stronger.

Our training at the moment is to get stronger on the sled push and pull movement to help prepare for Hyrox, we are also building in some running into this because โ€ฆ well why not?!?

Happy International Womenโ€™s Day! We are strong and capable of anything!

A shoutout to all my female clients who show up every session hitting PBs even when things are tough. Thank you putting your trust in me as your trainer and supporting my business.

Iโ€™m also grateful to be apart of a all female networking group this has pushed me to be more confident in my business and I get to surround myself with other successful female ran businesses.

Final shout out to and The Lilley Clinic, both female owned studios that I get to be apart of teaching my Pilates Classes.

Building my 90kg back squat up to 3x6 reps and I know for my clients weโ€™ve been hitting some new PBs in their strength to.
