I can’t believe that goals are so important…

Read this…👎

You may have realized you’re feeling confident in some areas of your life but no so confident in others. Whatever the case you need goals or your effort will lack focus and direction.

What do you want to accomplish?

Hmmmm…😏

“I want more self-confident”.

This is a desirable goal but in general. You need a helpful road map for action…

You need to ask yourself some question:

👉What opportunities have I turned down because I didn’t feel confident enough?

👉What opportunities would I pursue if I had more confidence?

👉In what ways have I limited my life because of fear?

Now you have a clear picture to come up with goals that:

👉Realistic…
:
👉Consistent with your values…

I remember so many times I felt completely lost in life. I was beginning to lose faith in myself and my abilities. I questioned my direction in life. Every day I woke up with the question of the purpose of my life.

👉Why I am here?
👉Why should I get up every morning?
👉Go and rush to work in stress, pay my bills, eat, and sleep?

When I begin to doubt my abilities, I can quickly fall deep into a sea of misery. I begin to experience all the lower vibrational states, and this can be damaging. I was overwhelmed, frustrated, sad, and miserable.

I know I had to do something to break the rat race life. So, I listened to various personal development audiobooks, picked up some more self-help books, streamed online videos, and read articles, quotes.

I started learning about other people’s hardships and how they overcame them, even when the odds were against them. I started to feel inspired, and my self-belief grew.

When you’re inspired you find the drive and you feel good about where you’re going and what’s possible in your life.

Do you have a pain to reach your dream? Do you have a hard Journey to reach your life you deserve? If, yes be aware of this: 👇🌸

Life requires great sacrifice and an understanding of the duality of the universe. It takes sadness to know happiness, pain to know pleasure, and weakness to know strength. It also takes the hard times to know the good times, which is precisely why the most difficult roads will lead to the most beautiful destinations.👇

My journey wasn't easy to be a coach. I always struggled with my mindset. It took me quite a while to step on the right path. Life is not always easy and fear with us. All of us have ups and downs in our journey. I always had a feeling I want to help others. This makes me happy. As an introvert I sometimes feel that life is harder. I'm not a social butterfly and dont like to make any conversation with anyone it is not meaningful. I can't open up to anyone but who will know me better will find a nice friend in me. To be an Introvert Mindset Coach is my purpose of life. If you believe in yourself and you know what you want in your life, doesn't matter how hard is this journey, it can lead you to a beautiful destinations you never dreamed of. 💜🌸

How to reduce your stress level and anxiety?

Learn from my story… 😉

As everyone has ups and downs. Yesterday wasn’t my day. I felt stressed and overwhelmed. As I have Introvert personality I usually don’t talk about my problems or issues in my life.

I always keep things like to myself. (I know it’s not right 😆) I felt also very anxious.

I currently have a very stressful daily job in finance beside my business. My mind couldn’t relax on Sunday just wondered and wondered what will happen today.

What if I done some mistakes in my current role. 👩‍🦰👩‍🦰

As I’m still learning to shift my mind to right path – I was thinking what I could do to join my Sunday and being in the present moment.

Without thinking twice, I picked up a pencil and began to colour into a nice colouring book. It was only after a couple of minutes that I sort of came to and realised that this is so much fun and relaxing. On the face of it, sitting there colouring in the flowers, sky and grass would seem kind of mindless for an adult. It’s mindful. ❤

I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed that moment. 😊

It was so AMAZING. I LOVED EVERY MOMENT AND EVERY MOVEMENT.

To be honest I thought I’m crazy and childish to do colouring but honestly, I really really enjoyed it. And my mind was free.

Did you know about colouring that?

🙌 Relive stress as it helps relax your brain where you stressed or scared. Ladies, if you suffer from constant anxiety or depression, I highly recommend you try it.

🙌 Also exercise the mind: when you colour, you utilise the logic-based part of the brain.

🙌 Creative Meditation: If you colour mandalas you will experience many of the benefits of meditation, like inner calm and self-realization.

🙌 Replace Patterns of Negative Thinking with more positive ones.

🙌 Encourage Yourself to be Present – That is why I did start colouring yesterday.

🙌 Perfect for your “me time” – you focus on yourself only.
