A good coach can provide you with a host of benefits such as: Accountability, an objective perspective, feedback and support, guidance and direction. Just to name a few.
Where I used to work in the gym I had someone ask me if the people who use coaches are just beginners. Otherwise If they wanted to learn something they could just go and find out for themselves right?
Sure you could, if you have hours spare to sift through the valid information as well as the misinformation knock yourself out. The point is, for not very much money you can have access to someone who has already done the thousands of hours of research. Then they have taken that understanding of that knowledge and applied it with hundreds of people to better understand the nuances.
When so many people want to protect their time this seems like an obvious decision to me, what do you think?

When you've been dealing with pain or discomfort for months or even years it can be tempting to just accept that it won't get better. I always get a lot of satisfaction from being able to show how there is always room for improvement.

Sometimes all that is needed is a different perspective and a push in the right direction.

If you're trying to improve your posture, stretching alone won't fix the root cause for your current positioning. Our posture is the product of our daily habits. If you aren't addressing the daily habits then no amount of stretching is going to make the bigger changes long term.

Have you been stretching to improve your posture but struggling to see progress?

Improving your posture is a process that requires multiple approaches. Sure stretching is a part of that but there will also be muscles that are being lengthened. These muscles get weaker over time.

If you don't begin to strengthen the weakened muscles no amount of stretching alone will bring you closer to the desired posture.
