Sometimes even the instructors need to be the client 🤍✨

As co-owner of JUMP-In Newbury, I spend most of my week instructing classes — but this Friday I got to jump into Katy’s session as a client instead. No leading, no coaching, just moving to her playlist (which was FIRE 🔥).

And honestly… it reminded me exactly why we do this.

The music, the energy, the endorphins, the people. I walked out feeling lighter, energised and in the best mindset for the rest of the day.

A good workout changes more than your body, it changes your mood, your energy for the whole day.

And shoutout to fellow instructors because sometimes we need that boost too 💫 💖

You can join Katy 9:30am Fridays and 6:15am Tuesdays 💃🏻 🎉

As April comes to a close, what a month it’s been🔥

We’ve loved welcoming so many new faces into our space and feeling the energy grow every single session. Thank you for trusting us, for showing up, and for using Jump-In Newbury as your safe space to move, release, and be completely yourself 💖

Today marks 1 whole year of Varvara & I stepping into something we never expected… becoming business owners 🤍💫

Jump has grown into so much more than we could have imagined. It’s a space filled with energy, support, laughter, and community and that’s all because of YOU 💛🎉

We’re so incredibly grateful to be able to work together to create a safe, welcoming space for everyone who walks through our doors 🤸‍♀️💫 From classes to celebrations, every moment means the world to us 🥹

It hasn’t always been easy, we have faced some challenges along the way, but we’ve pushed through, supported each other, and kept moving forward 💪🏼✨ We feel so lucky to have one another, our amazing team, and this beautiful community behind us 🫶🏼💖

We’re still learning, still growing, and finally starting to feel settled in our new home and we feel excited for what the future holds and everything that’s yet to blossom 🌱🌸
