Walking over to the after-show party and straight into a brilliant night with the team at Edgar Brothers.

An excellent time was had by all — great company, great atmosphere, and a proper way to round off the day. Huge thank you to Rob, Ken, Jake and the whole Edgar Brothers team for the hospitality.

I suspect there may be a few sore heads back on the stands this morning… 😅

A big thank you to the team at 3 Legged Thing for the invitation.

They’re doing some genuinely exciting things, and it showed , the stand was constantly busy all of day one. Great products, great energy, and a strong brand presence throughout the show.

Taking the new .300 Blackout out (not out, out) tomorrow to 300 yards.

With the horrible weather we’ve been having, proper rifle maintenance really matters. The barrel’s been cleaned with BoreTech Carbon Remover, patches pushed through until clean, and finished with a few drops of gun oil.

Billy helped, not just for spotting!

Lesson learned, on our recent industry shoot day I forgot to tell the guests not to shoot the white .22 gongs with the .223! Hornady Black 62g make nice clean holes though.

Billy stood there.
Billy didn’t wobble.
Billy didn’t complain about the cold, the wind, or being asked to hold glass for hours.

He just locked in and quietly spotted impacts like a professional, while judging everyone else’s life choices.
