Kubler Racing is seeking a capable, experienced work rider to join our team at Sarsen Farm, Upper Lambourn.

This role is suited to riders who already know their job, take pride in good riding, and value a professional, well-structured yard. We focus on producing racehorses properly, with time, consistency, and attention to detail.

The role
• Riding fit racehorses as part of an organised daily routine
• Working within a small, experienced team
• Full-time or part-time positions available

What matters to us
• Confident, sympathetic riding
• Reliability and self-motivation
• A genuine interest in developing horses, not just ticking miles
