Our sessions are specially choreographed to give a full body workout, which can be high in intensity but the best bit? Low impact! There are so many health benefits! Jump4you is low impact! So many of our clients have had different alignments with their hips, knees, back and ankles, and Jump4you has helped them keep and stay fit. People can exercise without adding to their pain. It works the muscles in the legs, increases endurance, and strengthens bones. It’s gentle on the joints but allows you to work your cardiovascular system without the harsh impact on your body. Oh and ladies, another important thing...it has been proven to strengthen your pelvic floor! Do you need any more reasons to give it a go? Aerobic exercise makes your oxygen supply, stronger and more efficient to help give our bodies a better chance at fighting viruses!
