NGA Levels Mock Comp 🤍

On Saturday our squad girls competed in a mock competition to ensure that they’re not only mentally but physically prepared for their levels competition in September.

Throughout the day the girls showed both resilience and determination with a special mention to Chloe who had a fall on bars however she did not let this stop her and went back up highlighting her strength and determination.

We are so proud of all of the effort from both the gymnasts, judges and coaches and we cannot wait for levels in September!

What an incredible day! The heat didn’t stop these girls and boys from smashing the competition. ☀️💪

With gymnasts aged 4–16, every single one should be so proud. They showed determination, resilience, and confidence in every routine. ✨

Gems Competition 2026 🖤🤍

The Gems Competition was a dazzling display of athleticism, grace, and unwavering commitment.

Throughout the event, the dedication of our gymnasts was unmatched. Every leap, turn, and landing reflected the hard work they’ve been putting in.

For some of our young gymnasts, this was their first competition — but they didn’t let nerves hold them back, delivering routines that shone as brightly as their smiles.

We couldn’t be happier to leave this competition with not one… but two National Champions 🏆

Over the past 7 months, Katie Miller has stepped into her role, bringing clear direction, stability, and high standards to the programme.
