RACE REPORT
A late race report from rounds 4&5 at Rowrah and a bit of a long one, sorry! It was a tough weekend for me as I didn’t feel like I fitted in either class, and I felt I didn’t deserve to be in the GP70 class. I’m struggling with power to weight ratios with my bike as I’ve grown so tall. After chats with family and my race trainer I decided to stay the weekend. I’m going to get through this year and come out on a bigger bike next year hopefully.
GP70 class - I only went out for 1 of the qualifying sessions as I still didn’t think I deserved to be there so I ended up qualifying in P12 for the weekend. I didn’t go the first 2 races of round 4 but I did the 3rd race and finished in P10. Round 5 races - race 1 I finished in P9, race 2 I finished in P10, race 3 I finished in P10. Overall I was happy with my results and had some good battles but know I can do better.
Extreme 200 class - I qualified in P12 and thought I would stay in this class for the weekend as I would have more battles with people but that wasn’t the case! I only done 2 races in this class and came in P10 and P12 which I wasn’t so happy about!
Overall a weekend where I tried hard, battled with my own feelings and emotions. I did get my lap time down to 53.4. 😀
A huge thank you to my sponsors and to everyone who makes this possible for me.
