Yoga with Kirstin Start anything with taking a deep breath from there almost anything is possible In my understanding Yoga presents the union between mind, body, soul and nature.

It is about mindfulness in everyday life but most of all it is about fun and a feeling good in your body. Each practice results in a glow of wellbeing and feeling proud to have given this time to yourself. If you fall out of a pose it is good for a giggle and then try again. Life is way too short to be miserable. Yoga makes me happy and I would love to share this with you.

On June 4th, Dr Jon, Dr Georgia, Jon, Mary-Ellen, Yoga with Kirstin and Hope will be taking on Ben Nevis to raise funds for the ⛰️

This fundraiser is about supporting chiropractic education and training right here in Scotland, helping educate, empower and inspire future chiropractors to make a real impact on people’s health and wellbeing.

What a gorgeous day! Alfresco breakfast before teaching yoga at 3DFitness Cupar at 10 am and a jolly Barre Class at Heartspace Dundee at 11 am.

✨ Yoga and Tai Chi in Cupar✨

Our movement classes are a great way to support what we do in the clinic.

They’re all about helping you move better, feel stronger and build more balance into your body.

Nothing too intense, just steady, guided movement that helps improve flexibility, strength and overall mobility.

The classes are based here in our clinic in Crossgate, Cupar and have a really welcoming, relaxed feel.
