I am a fitness and nutrition expert with over 12 years experience in the fitness industry. I have trained an extensive range of men and women all with different fitness goals and levels. I ran my own gym and indoor cycling studio in Barbados for over four years and created hundreds of programmes. Now I have moved back to the UK and I want to bring my aerial silks knowledge to the Newark and surrounding areas. Aerial hammock builds strenght flexibility and confidence.
