At DP Academy, we’re offering a high-level Train Only programme for U8’s to U11’s, designed to give players more coaching, more touches and more opportunities to develop.

⚽ 2 x 1.5-hour sessions every week
⚽ 3 hours of quality training per week
⚽ Academy-level coaching
⚽ High-intensity sessions
⚽ A clear platform to progress
⚽ Only around £6 per hour!

That’s 3 hours of training every week with experienced coaches, in an environment focused on improving every player.

A huge well done to this weekend’s DP Football Academy Players of the Match! 🏆⚽️

Being named Player of the Match isn’t simply about who scores the most goals or who makes the biggest saves. At DP, we want the award to recognise the complete performance of a player.

Our coaches consider things such as attitude, effort, work rate, teamwork, discipline, decision-making and determination, alongside the quality of their footballing performance. It could be a player who leads by example, supports their teammates, shows fantastic improvement, follows instructions brilliantly or simply gives absolutely everything for the team.

Looking for high-quality additional training to help take your child’s game to the next level?

Our DP Football Academy Small Group Sessions are limited to just 5 players per coach, giving players more individual attention, more time on the ball and more opportunities to develop in a focused environment.

Sessions are delivered by academy coaches and designed to work on technical ability, decision-making, confidence and game understanding.

📅 EVERY TUESDAY
⚽ U8 & U9 | 4–5pm
⚽ U10 & U11 | 5–6pm
📍 YMCA, Lord Hawke Way, Newark

With only 5 spaces per group, availability is extremely limited.

THAT’S A WRAP ON OUR SUMMER CAMPS! 🩵⚽️

Today marked the final day of our DP Football Academy summer camps, and what an incredible summer it’s been!

As we now turn our attention to the fast-approaching start of the JPL season, we can look back on a summer packed with football, development, new experiences, plenty of laughter and, most importantly, some brilliant memories.

Our camps are about so much more than simply improving as footballers. Academy football can be demanding, competitive and serious at times, which is exactly why we believe creating opportunities for our players to have fun, build friendships and strengthen that team bond is so important.

Whether it’s been on the training pitch, competing in games, visiting stadiums or enjoying team-building activities away from football, every experience helps our players grow, not just individually, but together as a team.

And it’s not only the players who have enjoyed it! Our coaching team have loved being part of another fantastic summer, seeing the players enjoying themselves, developing and creating memories with their teammates.

A huge thank you to every player, parent, guardian and coach who has been part of our summer. 🩵

The camps might be finished…but now the real excitement begins.
