What a month November was!

We had 16 PMAS students from across my Nottinghamshire clubs take part in the Autumn PMAS championships, all had a great day and came away with 20 Golds 15 Silvers and 4 Bronze medals between them 😁🥊🥇🥈🥉

Then to top it off over 50 new grades awarded to students who graded on the last weekend of the month, I also had the pleasure of awarding Jane her 5th Dan and Ant his 4th Dan, massive congratulations to all

I had the great pleasure recently to award Jane her 5th Dan Black Belt.

Jane is an extremely valued member of the Newark club and has worked hard over the years not only at the club she trains at but also building clubs and inspiring others along their own martial arts journey.

Personally I couldn’t be more proud 🥊
