Great morning session for the 6am Hyrox strength crew 💪🏾

Today we hiked 8km up a mountain, stopped for lunch, a dip in a fresh water pool and then 8km back down. Almost 1500 kcals burned over, 25k steps and a ton of memories I’ll cherish 😍 Topped off by a fantastic evening meal and drinks! 🍸 Kate Fahey

To be recognised for the impact we’re making in our local community means so much to us. From helping people become healthier, stronger and more confident, to inspiring children through our Kids Hyrox sessions and creating a supportive community where everyone feels welcome – this nomination reflects every single member, coach and supporter who has been part of the journey.
