I have my group classes starting next week and the week after with spaces on both.
I also have the very popular time slots of 8am now available on a Monday and Friday and some evening slots.

It's a 6 week course with the first once starting in less than a week!
No dog's, pornstars (cocktails) or chocolate included, however you may feel you have earnt the latter two afterwards 🤪🏋‍♀️

I now have a last minute space in my Tuesday morning group session's for 6 weeks starting next Tuesday the 21st!
So if you like to get your workout done to set you up for the day then join us at 7am 😀

The time has come around again for my Thursday evening sessions to start.
Next Thursday the 16th at 7pm is the start of the 6 week course!
Great if you can't motivate yourself to get in for a solo workout but enjoy the group environment!
