The sun makes an appearance and everyone suddenly wants to train outside☀️

We've managed to squeeze in some great outdoor sessions lately, making the most of the good weather when it shows up😅💪

There's just something different about getting a session done outside with a great group around you!

Fresh air, hard work, and plenty of good vibes🙌

Hopefully we've got a lot more of that to come this summer

Want bigger, stronger legs?🦵

The seated leg press is a great exercise for building your quads, glutes, and hamstrings, without having to worry too much about balance or stability.

A few small tweaks to your setup can completely change how the exercise feels and how much you get from it.

Your weakest Hyrox station is probably slowing you down😬

Everyone’s got one…

The station you hope comes round slower, avoid in training, or dread on race day😅

But here’s the thing, avoiding it won’t fix it

A bit more focus, practice when fresh and tired, and suddenly it doesn’t feel half as bad.

That’s where confidence and quicker times come from 💪
