It was track with a snack last Thursday as we where put through our paces at the track.
decided to hide behind the rails but redeemed himself with bringing a bag of cookies 🍪 - yes it really was cookies from cookie!

BAE news - sorry for the lapsed posts, it’s been a hectic few weeks.
The BAE community have been busy the last few weeks, running probably our last session of the year at the Circle of D⭕️⭕️m, then on to our winter residence around the quiet streets of Collingham, the last session saw the community put through its paces with a well disciplined interval session.
In between the sessions we’ve had BAE represented at the with some great times, following that BAE runners took on the Lincoln half marathon with equal success. 🙌🏻
