Collingham Fitness are back with their outdoor sessions on Saturday mornings!!
As before, Government guidelines will be strictly adhered to so we can provide a safe training environment for everyone.

Wednesday sessions will continue via Zoom until the end of April after which, these also will hopefully be back outdoors.

Our Zoom sessions continue and have helped us maintain our social connections with one another and our commitment to staying fit and healthy.
