Do you know a young player still looking for a team or a change?

Scone Whites 2014s still have a couple of spaces left in the team for players ahead of the new 11 aside season starting.

We plan to hold an open training session on Tuesday 11th August for anyone interested in trying out.

We are particularly interested in hearing from any keen goalies.

We are holding an open trial this Sunday at 11am at the Glebe, any players who fancy a change or a new challenge are welcome to come along.

⚽️ Not every football team has access to a dedicated therapist.

That can leave players unsure about what they have injured, whether it is safe to continue playing and what they need to do to return properly.

As Pitch-side Sports Therapist at Scone Thistle Football Club , I understand the demands of football and what is required to progress a player from initial injury through rehabilitation and back to training and match play.

Treatment is only one part of the process. The aim is to restore the strength, capacity and confidence needed to meet the demands of football, not simply wait until the pain settles.
