Da iawn merched!! Today's ladies enjoyed an in depth 2 hour lesson covering basic paddle strokes, including self rescue techniques, safety gear when paddling and choosing the right conditions to go paddling on the sea. All this was covered in the safe haven of our inland lake location near Aberaeron.
