GENERAL MORNING SESSIONS

General morning sessions will run every morning from 9am - 12 midday and are for all children aged 6 - 12 years. There are no pre-ability criteria and all sessions will be tailored to the individual child's ability. During the morning sessions, they will get to practice gymnastic elements on track, trampette, vault and beam. There will be games as warm ups and everything is focused around a fun, relaxed but safe environment.

PRESCHOOL AFTERNOON SESSIONS

Pre-school sessions will be held in the afternoon and have lower numbers than the general sessions to ensure safety, confidence and attention. The preschool sessions are themed and there will be opportunities for them to navigate around age specific stations. The sessions are split for ages 3 - 4 years and 4 and 5 years olds although I do not mind if siblings wish to come together and cross age ranges.

TUMBLE WORKSHOP
The tumble workshop will require a level of flexibility and strength including the ability to handstand to bridge and stand up. Please email me if you are not sure regarding the criteria.

The cost for the morning sessions (9-12pm) will be £35

Preschool 3- 4 and 4 - 5 years is £9 hour

Workshops will be £25 for the two hours.

Apologies but I am unable to accept childcare vouchers.

Children will need to bring a snack and plenty to drink for the 3 hours and a drink to the hour sessions.

The camp can only run if there is a minimum of 6 children and payment will be required prior to the date.

So, Amy and I have finally recovered from an absolutely exhausting yet extremely exhilarating 12 hours of competition on Saturday with some of our wonderful Nova gymnasts. All teams put their hearts and souls into competing and went above and beyond our expectations.

A huge well done to our youngest group, who achieved their highest score yet and truly shone in their maturity when handling competition stress.

Massive congratulations to our primary girls, who won 🥈 silver, and to our junior girls, who came home with the gold 🥇.

What an absolutely incredible day for our beautiful gymnasts and for Nova Gymnastics. 🤸‍♀️

Finally, thank you to my wonderful team of coaches—this couldn’t have been done without you ###

Why not let them run off that energy at Nova Gymnastics half term camp? Tumble track, vault, trampettes used in all morning sessions.
Running all mornings Monday 27- Friday 31st October 9-12pm for children aged 6 years and above.

Preschool sessions in the afternoons on Tuesday 28th and Thursday 30th October
3-4 years 1-2pm
4-5 years 2-3pm

Workshops 1-3pm on -

Monday 27th - Forwards tumbling. Must have forwards walkover

Wednesday 29th - Trampette and vault day

Friday 31st - Backwards tumbling (Need to have back walkover / standing to back bend)

BRAND NEW NOVA PRE SCHOOL GYMNASTICS CLASSES COMING TO NEW MILTON IN SEPTEMBER

Structured sessions run by high level British gymnastics coach.

Termly available on Wednesday and Thursday.

WEDNESDAY
10-10.45 am : Walking 1 -2 years with Parent
11-12pm : 3 - 4 years
13-14pm : 2 - 3 years
14-15pm : 3 - 4 years
PLUS
16-17pm : 5-7 years

THURSDAY
10.30-11.15am : Walking 1-2 year with Parent
11.30-12.30pm : 3-4 years
13-14pm : 3-4 years
14-15pm : 2-3 years

Spaces are paid for on termly basis. Parents welcome to stay and watch.
Structured themed sessions and circuits in small groups to enhance their gymnastics learning. Focus will be towards Nova’s gymnastics badge system.

Sessions run at Tornado kickboxing club
