Kids Sea Safety and Rookie Lifeguard sessions.
Teaching children vital skills to keep them safer on the beach and in the water. Sunday 6th July 10:00am-11:00am, £22.50. Sibling discount available. Ages 7-15 (Minimum swim ability required).

**COACHED OPEN WATER SESSION FOR ADULTS**

Sunday 4th August from Hordle cliffs from 8:30am - 9:30am.
We will be working on drills and techniques and hopefully enjoying the warmer waters!
If you would like to attend, the session is £20.00 per person and will be from Hordle Cliffs, down the steps beside the kiosk.
Numbers are limited, to register your interest, please email me.
We will be discussing aspects of sea safety first and then taking to the waters.
Suitable for swimmers able to swim 200m without stopping, at any pace. We will sort you into ability during the session.

What an amazing day with Adults open water coaching. Covering over 1km of intervals and drills with various abilities and even managed some buoy turns, great fun!!

Followed swiftly by kids sea safety and rookie lifeguard session at Hordle beach. Practising rescue boards, rescue tubes and cementing the skills learnt on land to deliver in the sea.

Great fun!

Due to the dreadful weather over the past few days unfortunately the pool for tonight’s lessons is not considered clean enough to swim. Apologies but all lessons are cancelled.

An email will go out within the next two hours to notify swimmers booked in
