CLIENT TRANSFORMATION💪🏻🔥

Massive congratulations to my client on his unreal 6 week transformation💯

Kieran got in contact with us 6 weeks ago, he was unhappy with his current physique and wanted to make a change, his goal was to lose body fat and just feel healthier overall. Over the 6 week plan Kieran has lost 4KG and also managed to put on muscle mass too❗️He’s put so much effort and dedication into making a change so just want to say well done mate.

Here’s what he had to say about his transformation journey:

“I’ve been working with Ollie for 6 weeks now. He has helped me with understanding dietary and training appropriately to get results.
Outstanding bloke providing an outstanding service
I have lost a total of 4kgs but gained muscle at the same time I am still looking for more progress and gaining more muscle but with Ollie I stated my goals were too loose fat then go from there to gain muscle.

continuing to amaze himself! After plateauing in his training we stepped back and re-evaluated Theo’s progression. He has managed to drop a further 2.6kg from 81.5kg ——> 78.9kg by strategically increasing his weekly activity in and outside of his training program👏 Since the beginning Theo has now dropped over 6kg and feels “the best he has in years”.

‘IMPORTANCE OF SETTING GOALS’✅🗓

There are many benefits of setting yourself goals, below are only a few of the advantages of goal setting.

1. Gives you a sense of personal
satisfaction

Setting small goals and reaching these give you a sense of achievement, and you will appreciate your own capabilities and see your full potential

2. Gives you a sense of purpose in life

People need a sense of purpose in their lives, and goals can give you that sense of purpose. Instead of just going through the motions and existing from day to day, your goals give you reasons to get up in the morning, a reason to act, and a reason to live the life you desire.

3. Gives you control of your future

Setting goals helps you take control of your future. Without goals, you tend to drift aimlessly. You do not have a plan for where your life is headed, so you just go with the flow. However, by setting goals, you have more control over where you are heading and how you get there.

4. Provides Motivation

Goals give you hope and something to aspire to. In itself, having a meaningful goal to think about and envision reaching can be very motivating. As you start towards your long-term goals, you are able to accomplish some short-term goals. With those accomplishments, your long term goal becomes more realistic. The more short-term goals you are able to accomplish the more you believe you will reach your ultimate goal. That feeling of accomplishment fuels your desire and continues to motivate you to achieve even more.
