Join us for Pilates classes at the New Ash Green Village Hall!
We have two mixed ability mat Pilates classes on Tuesday evenings, 6:30pm-7:30pm & 7:30pm-8:30pm.
We work on mobility, flexibility and strengthening with a different class focus each week suggested by our members.
Suitable for all levels, beginners welcome.
The 6:30pm class can get booked up quite quickly, but there are typically spaces available at the 7:30pm class.
Get your weekend off to a great start with Fitball Pilates is on Fridays, 5pm -6pm.
We start with mat Pilates to warm up, and then transition to Pilates using the large stability balls in this fun and challenging class. It’s a lovely group of people who come along, we always have a good laugh in class. 🧘🏻♀️🪩☀️
Suitable for all levels, we have options to dial the intensity up or down to suit you.
