Almost a full class tonight, as it was a little cooler and everyone was fresh from their summer holidays we had a nice long warm up to get rid of some of the holiday baggage 😁.
We followed on with some line work, some patterns and then some pad work, focusing on back fist, knife hand strike and turning kick.
We then had a bit of fun with the pads, with continuous punching then kicking up and down the dojang.
Finally we cooled down with some back, glute and neck stretches.
Well done all, great effort 👊👊👊🥋

Last night we had a bit of fun with 3 tennis balls.
Apart from a bit of fun, this exercise requires focus, concentration and balance and in some cases a little bit of cheating 🤣
