Small class last night, but a warm session for sure.
We focused on our 3 basic kicks (Front, turning and side kicks), firstly technical ex*****on of the kicks with power, then slow ex*****on to develop muscle strength and finally we changed to dynamic sparring ex*****on for these where the beginning of each kick looks the same to disguise them to your opponent.
We then refreshed our 3 step sparring.
We did a quick run through of older patterns.
And we closed out with baseball bat defences, but with the attack coming low to the knee/ thigh area.

Happy 15th birthday to Jax, who struggled to understand TKD at first, but he demonstrated one of our tenets and persevered and has improved immensely this last year or so. Well done mate keep pushing on. 👊👊👊🥋
