We held our first Woman’s Health Workshop at the gym a couple of weeks ago with the brilliant Ruby from .physio to give our members (and non-members) all the info they need to prepare themselves for what their body is going though or going to go through.

This goes to for being a legend throughout the last few months! She’s kept up with her training even as it became increasingly more difficult to touch her toes (baby bump)! She’s been a great member of the team here at MoreTone Fitness and has put in some serious work over the years!

Women’s Health Workshop at MoreTone Fitness. ✨

We are absolutely thrilled to announce our Women’s Health Workshop on Sunday, 19th April!

We’ll be joined by the brilliant Ruby from .physio, who will be sharing her expert clinical knowledge on how to navigate training and health through this life stage.

Whether you are navigating the menopause, curious about your long-term health, or just want to train smarter, this session is for you.

What we’ll be covering:
✅ What happens during menopause + common symptoms

✅ How lower oestrogen affects strength, recovery, joints, and body composition

✅ Why strength training is essential during this phase

✅ Pelvic floor basics + how it supports lifting safely

✅ Practical coaching tips for training through menopause

✅ Simple exercises to practise breath, brace, and pelvic floor timing

✅ Key signs when someone should seek professional support

This workshop is open to everyone—members and non-members alike—so bring a friend and let’s dive into all things health, movement, and longevity.
