We are absolutely thrilled to announce our Women’s Health Workshop on Sunday, 19th April!
We’ll be joined by the brilliant Ruby from .physio, who will be sharing her expert clinical knowledge on how to navigate training and health through this life stage.
Whether you are navigating the menopause, curious about your long-term health, or just want to train smarter, this session is for you.
What we’ll be covering:

✅ How lower oestrogen affects strength, recovery, joints, and body composition
✅ Why strength training is essential during this phase
✅ Pelvic floor basics + how it supports lifting safely
✅ Practical coaching tips for training through menopause
✅ Simple exercises to practise breath, brace, and pelvic floor timing
✅ Key signs when someone should seek professional support
