Getting ready to launch cycle 6 of the year! 💥

We are calling this one our INSIDE OUT bootcamp … as depending on what the great British weather decides to do will depend on our plan of action for location.

For Empower HQ members the cycle is only £10… and £65 otherwise - an absolute bargain at £4 per session.

Half price spaces available for those wanting to do 1 session per week.

We are outside for this whole cycle (but remember that if we have super hot days we have the option of the cool indoor space too).

You will be seeing both Holly & Endrit on this cycle … and we have popped a discount on the block as we figured most people would be away at least a few sessions of this one 🙌🏻🫶🏻

We have been having a lovely time in bootcamp over the past few weeks…. Well done to the crowd who braved the weather last night .. we got lucky and stayed dry the whole time! Woo!!
