Our next bootcamp cycle is just around the corner.

This one will be a 5 week block - 10 sessions for £40 (a flippin’ bargain at £4 per session! 🙌🏻)

Our Empower Camp leaders Holly & Endrit are also the organisers of the Lancashire Fitness Festival which is in 7 weeks in Whalley! 👏

This event brings together the leading brands and national presenters from around the country and beyond to create an incredible weekend of fun, fitness and community!

We have been having a lovely time in bootcamp over the past few weeks…. Well done to the crowd who braved the weather last night .. we got lucky and stayed dry the whole time! Woo!!

💪 14 x 60 min sessions.
💪 All outdoors (with back up indoor area incase the British spring weather lets us down 🌧️ 😝)
💪 Bodyweight, cardio and resistance training.
💪 Wonderful group atmosphere.
💪 All abilities welcome
💪 Full price £70- reduced to £55 when booking the full block.
💪 One session per week = £27.50
💪 Pay as you go is £5 per session
💪 Empower HQ members = £10 for the block
💪 On the multipurpose outdoor area at Nelson & Colne College.
