What a fabulous week we’ve had at Power of Pilates!

I have had the pleasure of teaching a whole host of amazing ladies and I’ve loved every minute!

Thank you so much to everyone that has had attended one of my sessions - I hope you’ve all enjoyed it as much as me and you’re excited for all that Pilates has to offer!

So… my first two days have been A M A Z I N G!

I’ve loved every minute of being able to teach something I’m so passionate about to such fab people and hear how much they’ve enjoyed it - but more importantly, that they can see the benefits and want to return! 😃❤️😃❤️😃❤️

Thank you once again to everyone for all their support, encouragement and kind words, it means a lot to me as it’s been quite nerve-racking starting out on my own, but so far, so good ☺️ 🙌🏻
