Richard's main goal for joining the 12-week Transformation program was slightly different to our recent clients. He wanted to become leaner, as well as to fine-tune the way he trains in the gym. Following consultation, our specialist coach created a program tailored to Richard's goals. This transformation journey just goes to show that the 12-week program is not only for people wanting to lose weight or inches, but for whatever health, wellbeing or fitness goal you may have. For Richard, the 7.2lbs weight loss was a bonus, but the real wins came from him feeling stronger and fitter than he has in years!

Amy joined our 2026 new year block of Pendle Leisure Trust 12-week Transformation Programmes, hoping to kick-start the new year with better habits and a new outlook on her health. And she has absolutely smashed that goal, losing an incredible 15lbs and 29.5 inches during her time on the programme. Well done Amy! You're an inspiration to others, showing that even with barriers making weight loss difficult, there is always a way if you choose to make yourself accountable and consistent.
