Having a bit of trouble with a ni**le in my right arm so any overhead movement at the moment is light, less weight less reps more sets to make up for it ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Decent little session today and ended it with a 15 minute interval sprint on the treadmill ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Couple of action shots from this mornings deadlift session

Great effort by everyone this morning, sadly I couldnโ€™t get the 150kg rep again but 145kg went up ๐Ÿ’ช

Considering I hadnโ€™t really eaten much this morning and it was pretty much first thing I was happy with the rep but also the volume of the session worked well ๐Ÿ™Œ

The second photo on here is not at full top movement, I made sure back was straight and the lift was perfected at full range ๐Ÿ˜‚

and Leanne thank you for the spurring on ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Session was as follows;

5, 5, 5, 3, 3, 3, 1, 1, 1 deadlifts building every set and lifting every 2 1/2 mins

Classes are a great way to enhance your training schedule, first of all learning correct technique and new fresh exercises ๐Ÿ™Œ
