Do you want a fitness class with friendly
and personal service, rather than an intimidating,
competitive gym experience?
Then look no further!

Our Combat HiiT program uses mainly bodyweight
exercises, and is specifically developed to be fully
flexible to ANY level of fitness.

The classes are perfect for mums, or anyone looking to
return to fitness. So put those anxieties to one side
and DO IT!

Each 34 minute session includes a warm up, 3 sets of
7, 1 minute rounds of exercises with rest periods, a
cool down and stretch.

The classes are every weekday at 9.30am, and Mon
Wed & Fri at 7.30pm. We have changing rooms and
shower facilities.

Hope everyone had a great Christmas!
Just a quick reminder that we are closed over the holiday period.
