A huge congratulations to Luke, who has received a staff reward and recognition award for delivering outstanding support to one of our members at NLC 👏
Last month, we received some fantastic feedback from one of our regular members, Steve, who wanted to personally share how much Luke’s support meant to him during a visit to the centre.
Steve explained how Luke stepped in to help him — even while off shift and training himself — ensuring he could complete his session safely and comfortably. As a wheelchair user, this support made a real difference and demonstrated genuine care, commitment, and professionalism.

As recognition for his efforts and the positive impact he made, Luke was presented with a £50 staff recognition voucher, nominated by Nathaniel Davies, Facility Manager.
