**Join Our Taekwondo Classes – Suitable for All Ages & Abilities!**

Looking for a fun and engaging way to improve fitness, learn self-defense, and build confidence? Come and train with us!

We are a proud member of the **Taekwondo Association of Great Britain**, the largest martial arts organization in the country. Our mixed classes cater to both **adults and children**, with training tailored to each student's ability. Whether you're a complete beginner or have experience in martial arts, you are welcome to join. **No prior experience or fitness level required—training will help you improve!**

📅 **Class Schedule:**
🟢 **Monday:** 18:00 – 19:30
🟢 **Friday:** 17:30 – 19:00

✅ **First class is FREE!**
