Fitness is earned through consistent effort, discipline, and sweat, not purchased with money. While you can buy equipment or gym memberships, a healthy body and physical, mental strength require personal dedication, patience, and work. It represents a “status symbol” of hard work that cannot be stolen, inherited, or bought.

Physical fitness is essential for leading a healthier, longer, and happier life, as it significantly reduces the risk of chronic diseases—such as heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and cancer—by up to 30%. Regular exercise strengthens muscles and bones, improves cardiovascular health, aids in weight management, boosts mental health by reducing stress and anxiety, and improves sleep quality.

Cardio (aerobic exercise) is crucial because it strengthens your heart and lungs, improves circulation, and delivers oxygen efficiently, reducing risks of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and some cancers. It also helps with weight management, boosts mood by reducing stress and anxiety, improves sleep, and enhances overall mental well-being, contributing to a longer, healthier life.

What’s been an immense year for JPT coaching and the team 2026 is going to be even better🔥

We have had some fantastic results coming in with just a few here highlighted but I’m so proud of how much each individual has achieved. ✅

There’s a range of people coming in to coaching this year with all different types of goals such as :
- wedding prep
- fat loss
- bulking
- general wellbeing
- confidence and understanding

A total of 65 clients through the door this year with another 39 online clients working through their programme and bettering their life’s! 🤯 over 100 people this year 😍

Im so grateful for every client that’s come and gone aswel as those still with me now! 2026 is just around the corner and we are going to push it even further! 🔥🏋️

It takes a lot of motivation to put yourself into uncomfortable and alien environments.🏋️

5s 8lbs to date gone. We moving baby!✅

This client has done exactly that : she’s consistently turning up, giving it her best and keeping positivity at a high.
I’ve helped encourage steps and promoted healthier eating but she’s done the rest herself.

Here is her 2pence about me and my coaching :

Starting with Jordan a year ago was daunting initially, until I realised how fun he is to be around. I quickly felt totally at ease with him to be vulnerable and really open up about what I wanted to get from PT - a year on and I’m 5st 8lb, still with a big journey ahead of me, but I know that with Jordan’s guidance, sense of humour and support, I’m going to get there ✌🏼

Anyone can do this, you just need to put the effort in.
Fat loss and fitness is the same as an exam, no revision and no effort = s**t grades. ( unless you cheat 👀 )
Anyone can do it if you try hard enough and with the right help.

2026 is disgustingly close now and JPT has never been so busy and I’m unbelievably grateful to everyone that gets involved ❤️ We offer a mixed bag of service from a small class to online coaching to 1-1 coaching.

Looking to build strength, lose weight, and keep it off—for good? Our JPT Group Coaching Bootcamp is designed to help you achieve lasting results while training in a supportive and motivating community.

📅 Current Schedule:
• Mondays @ 7:15pm
• Tuesdays @ 7:15pm
• Every other Wednesday @ 7:15pm

💷 Price: £6 per session (paid in advance)
This allows us to plan and set up each camp to give you the best possible training experience.

As our community grows, we’ll be expanding the number of camps, adding more equipment, and continuing to create an environment where everyone can progress together.

A years worth of graft in four pictures.

Unbelievably proud of the effort put in by Craig over the last 14 months. What started as one PT a week has turned into a hybrid Client that doesn’t miss sessions and make sure to hit his four workout per week.

Every week he is progressing and pushing himself and increasing his weights and building strength as well as muscle whilst also losing fat.

Day one 100 kg visceral 16
Today 72.7kg visceral 5

The long journey has reached its end and it’s now time for a new one. Craig will now be undergoing a bulk period to increase muscle tissue by increasing his calories. This is a total mindset change because we’ve been slightly under calories for the last 14 months and now it’s time to increase for the foreseeable.

Final week now this week to prep and get ready for those extra calories 😍🔥🏋️

If you stick to the plan, check in regularly, stay on track and enjoy the process, this is the kinda results that come out of Coaching with JPT.

The HYBRID system is working insane for clients, adding a lot more variety and flexibility to their training programme.
£120 a month gets you check ins and a programme that’s adapted and adjusted to suit the individual.

£220 get your the same programme and a face to face session each month where we can work on any area your lacking in. Providing support everyday in and out of the gym.
