Here’s how a stupidly busy, career-driven & family-focused .x lost nearly 10kg & completely changed her body!

And I can’t even keep up with the number of work roles Emma has held at one time 😂

Hopefully she can tell you!

In less than 3 months, Emma achieved this.
Despite working in Law full-time, lecturing, and running her own businesses - and being fully-present with her family!

No words .. other than extraordinary.

Here’s what we did to transform Emma:

👉🏼 We had to map out how each day would go. So if she worked from 8am until 7-8pm, we’d have to find the right time(s) for her to train.

This usually meant a 45min training session first thing.

👉🏼 The programming had to reflect her training experience, which was fairly new when she first started.
So no crazy exercises which drained her before work.
No hour long cardio sessions.

👉🏼 Her nutrition had a meal plan element, but was flexible enough to compensate for meals on the go, and being able to have dinner at night with her family.

So - making better, informed choices.
Higher protein for satiety and muscle growth.
Carbs balanced out throughout the day, and avoiding foods which could cause her blood sugars to spike, and potentially having energy dumps.

And what you don’t see..

👉🏼 Even being new to the gym, she managed to send me form videos for review - so she could get the most out of each exercise.

👉🏼 Getting her expenditure up when she could. Spending lunch breaks going for a 10-15min walk to increase her step count.

👉🏼 Checking in on time every single week.

Doing all of those things consistently yielded these incredible results.

Emma has been an absolute dream to work with!
And I know this is just the beginning for her 🙏

If you’re fed up of trying to shift that stubborn belly fat, I completely understand.

Because I’ve been stuck in the past.

Where I’d almost starve myself on low carb meals that I got from bodybuilding . Com and YouTube.

But then I’d be so tired in the gym, in class and at work - I’d end up binging when I got home.

Even if I did make it to the weekend, I’d want to go to town with the boys.

And if it wasn’t going out, I’d want to have something nice to eat.

But then I’d dread to check how much progress I ruined afterwards.

And these guys were the same.

Because typical diets will always lead you back to square one, but worse.

The thing is …

Getting in shape isn’t complicated.

It just takes a little bit of effort, and a little bit of discipline.

And the cheat code to making sure you do get in shape, is having someone in your corner to lead you on the fastest and easiest-to-follow path, while holding you accountable.

I know that’s a big promise. ⁣⁣

A few years ago, I had a serious problem with worrying about how I looked.⁣⁣
