Nice the see the 13’s and 15’s Academy Girls enjoying the weather and welcome at Aberystwyth yesterday ⚽️ Good preseason outing for both teams, with the FAW Academy League starting next weekend.

After a good outing in the 🌞 some finished with some 🎣 & 🍟 on the Pier whilst others had a cool down on the beach.

A special mention to Taylor and Hope. Get well soon girls 🤞everyone can’t wait to see you back at training when you have recovered ❤️

On a busy Bank Holiday evening our Pre Academy have started their season tonight with the girls U10’s and U11’s Llandarcy Academy of Sport, whilst the U8’s / 9’s return tomorrow ⚽️

Our u13’s, 15’ and 17’s travelled to Barry Town today for a pre season friendly. Great opportunity for our squads to play competitive football against another club who are also looking to develop talented girls within their pathway ⚽️

Our Academy girls started back training this week with us gaining data on physical characteristics and some Fitness Testing to gain a baseline understanding of their current fitness levels ahead of the new season ⚽️
