Tracy has completely changed a number of lifestyle factors including completely cutting out alcohol, making a conscious effort of being more active, attending the gym on a regular basis and a massive change to her diet!

As she would tell you herself, we are not done yet and we aim to keep going making even better results!

Unbelievable transformation from Rachel 🤯

Rachel had started with me after trying other personal trainers and it didn’t take long for us to click and find a perfect plan and method that worked for her!

We came up with realistic targets for her to hit in the gym and outside of the gym which she nailed perfectly and this set us on course to achieve some great weight loss especially in the first few months! She made the time to get to the gym along her side busy working schedule and put the work out outside her training to achieve these results!

Rachel’s results have given her a new found confidence she had been missing for a while which is recognised by everyone close to her.

It hasn’t been plain sailing (it hardly ever is!)
Shes had weeks where things have popped up which affected her training and her ability to reach the targets i had set her. But the key part is she stayed consistent enough For long enough to achieve these results.

Even Rachel will tell you, we are not done yet. Shes going to carry on until she reaches her goal then the aim is to maintain her amazing results!

This is no B S post about a “10 week weight loss challenge” or “12 week summer shred”

This is proof that consistency over time whilst still enjoying the odd treat can get you where you want to be!

Craig has been one of my longest serving clients and his results certainly shows the importance of sticking with the process. After the initial few months of getting used to training and making small changes to his diet, he truly has not looked back since. Craig has taken on board and done everything asked of him including the measuring and tracking of his diet, following his exercise programme and training with me twice a week hardly missing a single day since he started. His consistency and dedication is some of the best I have seen and these progress photos showcase this.

Aswell as these insane physical changes its in his confidence I have seen skyrocket! He now enjoys adding to his medal collection every few months completing various runs including 5k’s, 10 k’s and secretly has the aim to complete his first half marathon soon 😉

Despite all this we are not done yet! Craig is about to start his new programme for the summer to continue his journey!
