Marie and I are are planning to run a Friday Night 5 on 21st June starting at the Red Admiral Broughton Astley - that’s this Friday
Join us at 6PM for a leisurely social run over local footpaths and maybe enjoy a pint after
Just comment if you intend to join us
Unless it rains heavily road shoes are Ok (we have test ran to check !)

Sapphires and Topaz due to one reason or another Marie and I cannot make it tonight ! Sapphires is Beatles Reps Topaz Carlton stores Parlaufs strangely though no sign ins from topaz !!

The club is hoping to receive ONE place for the London marathon in April 2024 (once upon a time we got three places!). We will draw names on Tuesday 26th September at training.
Anyone who wishes to put their name in to the draw needs to check they fulfill the criteria below and send their name along with proof of rejection from London to Nicki Nealon ([email protected]).
1= Must be a fully paid up member of Huncote Harriers AC
2= Must have joined Huncote Harriers AC before 1st November 2021
3= Not second claim
4= Not a social/non runner member
5= Members who received a club place for the 2023 and 2022 London marathon can not enter the ballot
6= You must provide proof of rejection from the London marathon 2024 ballot
7= One extra name will be drawn as a reserve
8= Once the official entry is confirmed the ballot place is non transferable
9= The successful applicant will be excluded from the next 2 draws (2025 and 2026), the reserve is not excluded.
