The Workshop Fitness Studios

The Workshop Fitness Studios A weekly timetable of mixed ability fitness classes. The Workshop is a brand new fitness studio in Narborough, Norfolk.

We will be running fitness classes to suit all abilities and offer private personal training and small group training. The studio will also be available to hire for those who teach classes too.

All classes are running as normal (ish)... The studio has air conditioning and fans 🌡❄️

Classes will be adapted to suit the hotter weather. Slower, more rests, less intense. I will adapt everything.

If you decide not to come, please let me know in advance so i have time to plan and go down waiting lists.
