A weekly timetable of mixed ability fitness classes. The Workshop is a brand new fitness studio in Narborough, Norfolk.

We will be running fitness classes to suit all abilities and offer private personal training and small group training. The studio will also be available to hire for those who teach classes too.

Classes are still running as normal until the Bank Holiday. If you would like to book a space just send me a message.

Currently Wednesday morning 9:30am and Thursday morning 9:30am are full. All others have some availability left.

BOOKINGS

If you would like to attend classes, just make sure you are booked in with me. Either, in person, email, socials or text.

Each week is different, sometimes classes are fully booked but the next week there may be space.

Just a reminder... i am a one man band trying to juggle 150+ bookings that change every single week. I choose to keep classes running as a pay as you go to give CUSTOMERS the flexibility and freedom to attend when it suits them. So they are not paying for something they dont use. BUT that also means that some weeks spaces are not gauranted. I'm trying my best to keep everyone happy and make sure spaces are available. And honestly Im losing the will to deal with it 🫠

HEATWAVE ☀️👇

All classes are running as normal (ish)... The studio has air conditioning and fans 🌡❄️

Classes will be adapted to suit the hotter weather. Slower, more rests, less intense. I will adapt everything.

If you decide not to come, please let me know in advance so i have time to plan and go down waiting lists.

Happy (very late) Christmas 🎄

I hope everyone has had a lovely Christmas and enjoying some time off!

After all 3 of us having germs we still had a lovely time.

Ive been back in the studio today preping for the New Year. Classes starting back on the 5th.

My new years resolution is to be better at replying to messages, especially to cancellations. All my efforts go into making every single class different and fun (sort of 😂), it takes up so much of my time that messages sometimes go a miss. Appoligies for that.
