A bit about...
CHEERLEADING! Cheerleading is a fun and challenging way to do exercise. These classes will teach:
jumping, motions, stunting, gymnastics, chanting and dancing. With the combination of current music, creative choreography these elements are combined to create exciting routines using pom poms. These dance classes will teach a combination of different street dance styles such as, break

-dance, house, popping & locking and more. These classes will make you sweat, dance, laugh and you will definitely make new friends. Sparkle Motion is based throughout pembrokeshire so contact your local leisure centre or myself for further details. Locations for cheerleading and dance;
