As a club, we'd just like to say to The Ranch, Narberth how grateful we are for your continued support and for providing Narberth ABC with such a great place to call home. ❤️

Having a home like The Ranch allows our boxers to work hard, grow in confidence and prepare for competitions. We really appreciate it🙌❤️

What a fantastic weekend for our club at the Heart of the Dragon Box Cup in Swansea! 💙

It's also been an incredible six months for Narberth ABC, with Tony Jones becoming the West Wales Box Cup Champion. 🏆🔥

We're incredibly proud of every boxer who pulls on the Narberth ABC vest. Whether it's winning belts, medals or gaining valuable experience in the ring, every bout is another step forward. 👊💙

🥊 Competition Weekend Update 🥊

After an early start yesterday with weigh-ins ⚖️ and medicals 🩺, the draw was made. Unfortunately, none of our boxers were competing yesterday, so it was a day of waiting and preparing.

It's another early start today with more weigh-ins before one of our boxers steps into the ring this afternoon 💪🥊.

The other three boxers have all progressed through to tomorrow's finals 🏆, where they'll be aiming to bring home the medals! 👊🔥

🥊 Final session complete! 🥊

Last night's final training session wrapped up in true fighting spirit! Despite the heat, our boxers dug deep, worked hard, and put the finishing touches on their preparations for this weekend's competitions.

Now it's about staying composed 🧠😌, trusting the training 💪🥊, and showing everyone what you're capable of 🔥👊🏆.

Win or lose, give everything you've got 💯🔥and leave the ring knowing you couldn't have given any more. That's what real success looks like.🥊

These four have put everything into preparing for this moment. Months of hard work, sacrifice, discipline, and determination have brought them here. Every round, every session, and every challenge has been building towards fight night. 💪🔥

Their coach couldn't be prouder of the commitment, attitude, and heart they've shown throughout. Now it's time to trust the work, step into the ring, and give it everything they've got. No matter the result, they've already done the club proud. ❤️👊
