Amazing to get two fantastic sessions out on the pitch this week with our SSA Development Centre players in Haverfordwest.

The players were challenged through a range of technical, competitive practices designed to develop their decision-making, confidence, and quality on the ball. The energy, effort, and attitude on display throughout both sessions were outstanding.

It’s brilliant to see the players continually pushing themselves, embracing competition, and striving to improve every week. The progress being made across the group is a credit to their hard work and dedication.

Well done to everyone involved – we can’t wait to see you all again next week!

We had a great Sunday afternoon delivering Jenson’s birthday party. It was a fun-filled day packed with 1v1 duels, exciting games, and plenty of goals and smiles along the way.

The session finished with a tournament where all of the players had the opportunity to put their skills into practice in a competitive and enjoyable environment.

A big thank you to Jenson and all of his friends for making it such a fantastic afternoon. We hope you had a brilliant birthday and enjoyed celebrating with us. Happy Birthday, Jenson!

Fantastic work from our SSA Development Centre players in Fishguard this week as we focused on close control.

The players worked hard throughout the session, developing their ability to keep the ball under pressure, use different surfaces of the foot and maintain control in tight areas. The effort, concentration and willingness to learn on display were excellent from start to finish.

A great session with plenty of progress made. Well done to all involved.

Are you ready to take your game to the next level? This summer, SSA brings you 3 action-packed Technical Development Days, designed to help players sharpen their skills, build confidence and arrive at the new season ready to perform.

With hundreds of touches on the ball, high-energy coaching sessions and game-realistic practices, players will spend three days immersed in football, developing the technical tools needed to excel throughout the 2026/27 season.

SSA GLADIATOR GAMES - 12th & 13th August 2026
ENTER THE ARENA. BECOME A GLADIATOR.

This summer, the SSA Gladiator Games are coming, and only one team can be crowned Champions. Get ready for 2 days of high-energy football action, packed with epic challenges, fierce competition and non-stop excitement.

Players will be placed into Gladiator teams and battle it out across a series of football-inspired events designed to test every aspect of their game.

From explosive sprint races and dribbling duels to powerful shooting contests, accuracy battles and team relays, every challenge is an opportunity to earn points and lead your team towards Gladiator glory. This isn't just football. This is the ultimate summer football challenge.

Age Groups 5–7 Years 8–9 Years 10–12 Years

Players will face: Speed Races, Dribbling Obstacle Courses, Shooting Power Challenges, Accuracy Competitions, Ball Mastery Battles, Passing Challenges, Team Relays, Skill Challenges, Team vs Team Gladiator Events Bonus Challenge Rounds Every challenge counts. Every point matters.

The World Cup is coming to SSA! Get ready for 3 incredible days of non-stop football action as young players battle it out to become SSA World Cup Champions.

Players register individually before being drafted into teams representing nations from this year's World Cup. Can your country go all the way and lift the trophy? With hundreds of touches on the ball, exciting small-sided matches,

Another great session with our SSA Development Centre players in Tenby yesterday evening.

It was fantastic to see the effort, enthusiasm and commitment from all of the players throughout the session. The quality and intensity were excellent, with players continuing to develop their technical skills, decision-making and understanding of the game.

At SSA, our aim is to provide a positive and challenging environment where players can learn, improve and enjoy their football, and last night’s session was another great example of that.

A big well done to every player who attended. We are proud of the progress being made each week and look forward to seeing everyone back on the pitch for another productive session next week.
